All our jewelry pieces are handcrafted and made-to-order. Please allow 15 business days for production before shipping. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Prepaid Orders:

    • Estimated delivery time: 20 business days from the date of order confirmation.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

    • Estimated delivery time: 25 to 30 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as location, customs clearance, and unforeseen delays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free standard shipping is available for prepaid orders over 500rp within India.

  • A flat shipping fee of ₹89 is applicable to all COD orders.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation via email or text with tracking details. You can track your order using the provided tracking number on the carrier's website.

5. Packaging & Insurance
